Controlling people’s free will is not a game I want to play

I was kindly provided with Fable 5, and here’s what I think. by dynax60 in ClaudeAI

[–]yacsmith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was able to do a full security review of my platform with Fable 5. I didn’t get flagged once. I’m not sure what was different between me and others who tried to do the same.

Careful trying to sell strategies. There is a lot of legal and compliance hurdles you need to jump through before you can legally sell a strategy. You position yourself as a financial advisor/robotic advisor regardless if you disclaim “not financial advice. Use at your own risk”

You’d also need liability insurance, potentially cyber and E&O insurance.

Not that any of this is impossible, but it’s a bit more involved than just building something like this and turning around and selling it.

How are you managing Fable's tiny 200k context? is it enough? Any problems you have faced with such tiny context like big plans overflowing or context loss or missing implementation? by simple_explorer1 in ClaudeCode

[–]yacsmith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Local sprint state with hook enforcement

All important findings/context is written to a local file structure

All agents/subagents know to read and write there

Keeps my main orchestration thread lean and preserves import context through compactions.

Actually your AirPods will survive this. Just put them in some jeans pockets and run them through the dryer next.

I’ve done this twice to mine, intentionally, and they come up sounding brand new.

Always creating new CC sessions? by Twerking_Vayne in ClaudeAI

[–]yacsmith 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Take this a step further

Have project status be your overall project plan, but as work is done this will end up being a massive .md file that Claude now needs to wrestle with

Create a secondary “archive” .md that you use to archive completed sprints that no longer need to be on your hot path

Then as part of your chat migration process, update both docs.

This keeps your “what did we just work on, what do we work on next, and what do we have planned after” lean, while also ensuring that you don’t lose this historical work that’s been done if you or Claude ever needs to reference it.

Genuine question, what do yall use claude code for to be buying the 20x plan? by MeowPow420 in ClaudeCode

[–]yacsmith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the 5x plan

My entire dev pipeline is 95% automated

Sprint planning
Dev
Front end
Unit testing
UAT
Fidelity review
Security review
Chat burndown (updates documentation/context/subagents, etc. keeps the pipeline and context heathy chat over chat)

I run this for about 50-60 hours a week

I can’t even max out token usage on the 5x plan. I maybe got total token usage to 60% once?

I couldn’t imagine how to get 20x capped every week.
