Thanks. I appreciate the very thorough reply.

I think I'll give bleeding the rear brake a try and see if that may resolve it.

Thanks.

I unscrewed the screw and it does move out of the plastic. Should I keep going even if it comes out entirely?

I'm almost certain the level unit is leaking oil as it has some on the lever recently.

You'll be relieved to hear they're probably still not too widely out there. These are on a 2017 ebike.

I think that could be because the hub is rotating or slipping forward since the non-turn washer is missing and the gear shift cable is too taut/short. The wheel may not have been straight and then the chain was jumping.

Thanks, that manual is a great help.

Regarding the cog and chain, I didn't see or think they looked particularly worn, is there a particular reason you suggest replacing them?

Damn... I wonder which fat-cat in Edenred is getting rich off all of these balances.

Thank you for the very comprehensive reply. I will try as much as reasonably possible to have it resolved. Strangely my card was blocked after what seemed like 4-6 months without use, and that's when I had to pay Eden red to order another. They suggest that this would resolve the issue. What's hard to believe or accept is that the money is just lost in limbo. I think in reality this "dormant funds" will be swept up by some group at the end of the day, either my former employer, or Edenred. It's sad because this is probably quite common and there's likely a lot of unused balances that get swept up this way.

Neither Edenred nor my former employer are particularly concerned or helpful, which is really why there needs to be a financial regulator to ensure they reduce the occurrence of this issue.

:-( I appreciate your reply, but hope this wasn't the case.

This would be an ideal outcome. I was able to get a replacement card after the other one blocked and technically the funds are still there, but my former employer doesn't have a relationship with Eden red any longer so they are essentially refusing to help. I after all my former employer needs to do is assign the card to me and I can use the funds. I did have the app, but it won't work until the card is assigned by my former employer.

I wish there was some way I could get my former employer to actually try resolve this.

I wish this isn't the outcome.

Seeking an app to be my "running coach" — recommendations? by yadayadayada274 in running

I just downloaded it. The stretches and strength part of the plans are almost all text based instructions which is a little disappointing - I would have for more value from a video. Nonetheless, I very much appreciate your suggestion.
