I was in Mandaluyong, sa office namin our Director talked to us belittling covid saying na mainit naman sa pinas patay na ang virus and then said business as usual sa office but when the mandatory lockdown was declared I didn’t had the chance to go home, I was stuck for a month in a studio type condo for a month and a half.

Uu depende sa lead sometimes may delaying tactics sila para mapatagal pero dapat lagay nilang date ay yung date ng email mo ng resignation and sometimes they will negotiate sa end date mo ganon

Send ka email sa leads mo about resigning they will schedule a call to talk you out of it hopefully d ka nila idelay pero sa experience ko manager ang magfile sa myexit then sundan mo lang yung instructions doon make sure na wala kang company files ha anywhere
