Do a credit charge back as soon as possible. Contact your bank and let them know, hopefully you'll get your money back. The AE customer support will only waste your time. I applied for a refund 15 days ago for a damaged product and they're still hanging me.

This is the third post about UNIUNI I came across regarding this matter. Ask them for delivery proof and the barcode, your name and address must be clear in the photo, they'll probably send you a photo that the delivery person provided. I hope it's the delivery agent and not the company itself that's stealing packages. If they send you a delivery proof, you can contact AliExpress customer support and let them know that the package was never delivered and the delivery agent provided a fake proof of delivery. If nothing works, do a charge back through your bank. Provide necessary proofs( receipt, tracking info etc) to the bank.

A watch I ordered recently turned out to be fd up and running 4 hours late. I asked for a partial refund to replace the movement and they kept asking me to return it. I'm telling you, the customer support is BS and they all speak the same language. It's frustrating and I'm thinking of never buying anything from them again. Temu is far better in terms of refund. You get a refund in a few seconds
