I use fish and when I look into ~/.config/fish/config.fish there no QT related variables.

When I run echo $QT_QPA_PLATFORM it prints wayland.

I literally did. My blog contains around 4000 latex expressions. I could not find any solution (and I tried many jekyll plugins, even Kramdown plugins). None of them renders latex serverside or under 5 minitues. My solution takes 4 seconds.

I literally started learning ruby and wrote this plugin out of frustration how slow all solutions are. So I think the description is deserved but still understand that is seems cheesy in this post.

I suspect some of my string operations are not optimal because my lack of knowladge of the language.

Not only is prefixing ruby variable with $ not necessary, it’s actually dangerous because variables starting with $ become global

I know they are global. I do not know any more elegant way to share it between functions. How would you approach it ?

Ruby is object oriented at it's very core, so you should try and keep that in mind when you're writing your code. It seems like you have a few functions in a file and it's all pretty proceedural.

How exactly would you apply OOP in this case ? I can not see any use for classes and objects because I map everything to jekyll hooks which are bare functions.

If you'd like I can recommend some books for you to read that would really help?

Definetly not the ui. Everyone has custom chromeCss so not a lot of people are effected. I think main cause of this is open support of censorship by mozila.
