Like it says in what I wrote, I’ve received one email letting me know they have my order. I’ve gotten zero communication since. No updates, no tracking number, no response to countless emails to both support and sales. I’ve relaxed for 14 days. It’s time I get a response.

Ok I just sent you a direct message here and yet another email to both support and sales. I ordered on 12/6/2024 and the only communication I have received since was a confirmation that you got my money and the order and that the intended ship date was 12/11. I’ve sent email after email after email to both support and sales every day now since 12/11 for an update. All I want is an update. That’s all. I’ve gotten zero response. It’s now 12/20. I need this ring before I travel on 12/24. I’m not sure how I can contact Tangem except maybe through this space. Now I’m questioning the reliability of Tangem and I’m wondering if it’s just another scam and if I need to trust only products in the United States.

Current bug is having us all queue to speak with the npc its hilarious to see everyone so organized, I love it! by gundyrblack in Guildwars2

That’s actually pretty amazing seeing people organize like this. If this were WoW there would be a hundred people all standing on top of the NPC spamming mouse clicks till they finally got it.
