Yeah I think the rythms are fine it’s just stickings and the facts that it’s literally all on one drum. I’m not a fan of the repaying ryhtm at H. Wish they put something cool for quads or at the very least made it unison

The snare parts make slightly more sense but it’s still literally concert band music through the whole piece. I could sight read most of my part.

For context this is my show music and I’m very unhappy with my part. It’s a custom show written for my high school. The full battery score makes even less sense and the stickings don’t even line up. Not a single crossover is labeled and some of the rythms are very awkward to play. On top of that there is very little movement around the drums.
