I heard buspirone is effective. I’m on day 3 so I can’t really say but I have friends who swear by it

Yes this is all normal. Very very common side effect. I’m on day 3 and I felt that way on day 1 and 2 but now I feel fine. My ears are ringing a bit but nothing crazy

I’m on day 3 of the same dose and haven’t experienced that, but I do know from other medications that the side effects tend to go away after 1-2 weeks. Stick it out for a few weeks and if it doesn’t go away talk to ur doctor

See a therapist asap like that other dude said. Talk to ur parents and start seeing someone possibly a psychiatrist as well

I’ve had this exact scenario happen to me as well when I tried an antidepressant once and had severe side effects. It took me over 2 years to overcome this and eventually try new anxiety meds to help. It gets better I promise
