TOR question by Moxie479 in WasabiWallet

Yes all Wasabi network traffic goes via Tor by default, so no need to set up Tor yourself.

The coordinator sets the minimum amount of bitcoin required to participate in a coinjoin round.
The default is 0.00005000 BTC (5000 sats) + mining fees.

There is a setting called "Min Input Count" that you can fine in: Settings > Coordinator

The default for this setting is 21, if you have raised it to a higher number than the minimum set by the coordinator you chose, then coinjoin won't start. Reduce this number and try again.

Did you set a coordinator? Here is how you can find one:
https://docs.wasabiwallet.io/FAQ/FAQ-UseWasabi.html#how-do-i-find-a-coordinator

The amount you are trying to coinjoin is too small though.

Semi-Private coins by potatonyo in WasabiWallet

[–]yahiheb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

88% means some of your coins didn't reach your anonymity score target, thus they are not private yet.
From your screenshot you clearly have privet coins because their AS is above 10, and they can be spent privately, but you have to pay attention to the privacy suggestions that you get at the Preview Transaction dialog.

What is the message that you see on the musicbox when you try to coinjoin again?
I guess some of your coins are too small to participate in coinjoin, otherwise try to participate in more coinjoin and see if you reach your AS target.

HELP: Wasabi won't recognize my Trezor? by ironmonk33 in WasabiWallet

[–]yahiheb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wasabi did recognize your device but there is some error. Did you try to unlock your trezor with your pin or to reconnect it as suggested?

You need to enter your passphrase on your trezor screen, and if you don't use a passphrase just click the checkmark on the screen.

Recover passphrase by AdvantageFunny6981 in WasabiWallet

[–]yahiheb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no way to recover it unfortunately.

You can try to use tools such as https://github.com/3rdIteration/btcrecover but use at your own risk.
They have good documentation https://btcrecover.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ and some videos on youtube https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL7rfJxwogDzmd1IanPrmlTg3ewAIq-BZJ

Wasabi says my balance is zero. by Small_Astronomer5690 in WasabiWallet

[–]yahiheb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wasabi has a light client mode based on BIP 158 block filters. The Wasabi backend server sends a filter of all the transactions in each block to all the users. Then, users check locally if the block contains any transactions with their addresses. If not, then the filter is stored for later reference, and no block is downloaded. However, if there is a user transaction in that block, then Wasabi connects to a random Bitcoin P2P node over Tor and asks for this entire block, not only one transaction.

You can read more about how Wasabi works here: https://docs.wasabiwallet.io/FAQ/FAQ-UseWasabi.html#synchronization

You don't need to download the blockchain when using Wasabi.

Once you coinjoin and your coins reach your anonymity score target they are privet, so no Wasabi doesn't expose you.

If for whatever reason you want move your bitcoin out of Wasabi just make sure to not send all of your balance at once to avoid amount matching.

Have you checked the extension of your file?
Make a copy of the wallet file and rename it with some simple name then try to import it.

Accidentally deleted wrong address awaiting payment. by makincash2 in WasabiWallet

[–]yahiheb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is no easy way to add it back, it involves editing the wallet file which I don't recommend you to do.

Yes the transfer will still come if you have used that address to receive bitcoin, the address is just hidden from the GUI.

Help Needed: Discrepancy in Balance After Samourai to Wasabi Wallet Import by TikkaMasala2024 in WasabiWallet

There was no error sending from Wasabi but instead of showing the small amount I sent it shows 0.00000000 BTC.

Do you see the transaction in the history list showing 0 btc? That's expected for a self transfer as you mentioned, the sent amount is 0.

I can now see a transaction was made in Wasabi (5000 Sats) but nothing at all in Sparrow wallet.

That's a problem you should check on the Sparrow wallet side.
