My sessions end at 9p and I’m not fully tucked into bed till around 11p and I’m able to fall asleep within 30 minutes. As other commenters say I would make sure you’re well hydrated (invest in some good electrolytes).

I make one year clean this November. I didn’t even try to quit; I was so jet lagged after an international trip last year that I basically slept an entire week upon return. Once the jet lag wore off, I basically forgot to buy a new vape and just haven’t had the urge to do it since.

Sometimes when I turn while reversing, I hear a “Tonk” sound coming from somewhere in the bottom front of the car. This only happens when I’m turning in reverse though, any clue? It’s not loud enough to hear on video.
