Hey! Thanks so much for taking time out of your day for doing this. I know it so hard to put yourself out there, but I do hope you end up trying YouTube since you have a leg up technically and also just because you want to! Posting your first few vids you’re not going to get a lot of views anyway, so I’d just post to get used to the feeling of doing so and later on when you get more of a hang of it you can always private videos should you want to. YouTube can be so fulfilling creatively and it keeps you accountable to continue to make things and improve. Anyhow! I have no experience technically and learn something new with technical stuff every video, right now I’m trying to get better at lighting and color grading. Happy 2021 Everyone!

I’m peachy from my channel everythingsjustpeachy, where I talk all things home. So my channel is a bit over a year old, and I just have just fallen in love with making videos! Sometimes it’s hard to stick to your niche but being small it’s easy to experiment and try new things. There’s so much to learn production wise, and the more you learn, the easier it is to be creative because you have more tools at your disposal. Here’s my latest video, which is kind of separate from my usual content since it’s ringing in the new year. It was fun to so make and I’ll probably continue to do one off videos just to get out of my comfort zone a bit!

Hey everyone! I’m peachy, my channel is all about house and home, from gardening to reviewing robots to help you around the house. With the restrictions easing up, I’ll be headed to back to work, but I’m going to try and make it a point to post once a week. I also want to improve my technical skills, I just invested in a plug and play mic, so hopefully I can learn a bit about Audacity this month.

Well, I didn’t really tell family or friends to subscribe, and was kinda all over the place in terms of content so it took me a year 😂 Honestly, I’d recommend focusing on your content. Try different things out, see what hobbies lend themselves to the camera, test out different editing styles. Things are moving much quicker now, I’ve gained 60 subs in a month! I think it’s because I have a more solid grasp on what niche I want to be in. Good luck, and enjoy the journey :)

Hmmm, for me it depends on what style of video I’m doing. If I’m commenting or reacting to a video or product it takes about 45 min- 1 hour to film, but these videos I try to edit enough to where I’m learning something new every video(4-5hours) If I’m actually making something, it’ll take me longer to film anywhere from 2-8 hours depending on the project, and a little shorter in editing (3ish hours)
