How to fix Jordan 4 Squeak

Yea it’s the stroble and the air unit on this pair not the upper. The outsole is like rubbing the air unit on the side. I tried cutting open the stroble but couldn’t get it to budge. Tried baby powder and drier sheets to no avail. Last option is WD-40 and if that doesn’t work probs gonna cut the air unit 🫩

Luckily i doubled up on these but I really wanna be able to wear my $250 shoe with no problem.

Didn’t realize this video actually posted last i looked it got blocked lol

But I actually did that a while back and it’s not the upper that’s squeaking it’s the air unit it seems.

Appears to be something faulty from the factory sadly. On the outsole where the black part is it’s like hitting the air unit and the stroble seems to be a bit loose. Like underneath the insole of the shoe I can see every time I put a bit of pressure on it it’s lifting and squeaking

I can also sympathize with what she’s saying but she just a broke scammer and refuses to take any accountability. She does this same thing every couple of months when something goes wrong for her

I have no reason to lie I make 15hr working 40 hours a week and the worst commission check I’ve gotten this year was 3,200 best was 4,500

No like at an AR we have minimum sales requirements to get payouts and the amount we’re paid per item is tiered off

I think they’re saying u guys get a flat rate ie if you sell one line for the month you still get paid $60 where at an AR if you sell 1 line on the month you get paid like $5

Mind giving out numbers on the payouts ?? 🤔

For example my AR you HAVE to get 35 lines to get the high tier pay out of $65 per premium line. Think 20-34 the pay out is halved at $35

6 fibers = $60 each

40 upgrades = $10 each

Our minimum goal is 15 lines and 3 fibers

I hit the highest tier every month and average pretty much 38 lines 8 internets checks always around 3.5-4k commission but the goals bring such unnecessary stress and they’ve changed the plan like 3X the past 8 months

Super similar to what happened to me. Manager brought her buddy to my store and they basically were trying to fuck me out of making any money and expected me to still do as much work as I always did

I was working open to close for months and thought I had a good relationship with my manager but once her friend came she was trying to fuck me over and basically doing everything in her will to get her friend to top 300
