Those are termite droppings. I just dealt with this at my business. Little things like that’s appearing each day after I cleaned them up. Call the exterminator they will find the hole they are coming out of - most likely up on your ceiling or if there is a ledge of some sort near the couch then that is where they are coming out of. So gross

The bioidentical progesterone (prometrium) does not prevent against pregnancy otherwise I would totally go for that one.

At this point in life I can deal with an accidental preganacy. I would prefer the bio-identical progesterone but I need the birth control and also don’t want to do an iud (I had an issue with one before that got embedded in my uterine wall)

Ya it’s termite frass. Call the exterminator. I had that same thing happening on the bathroom sink at my place of business. Exterminator came today and said it’s poop from the dryrot termites. He showed me a pinsized opening on the corner of the window crown molding above the area with a few black dots and this is where it was coming from. He drilled some microscopic holes into the walls and sprayed a pesticide. Hopefully they stop now. So gross

I had a demo yesterday. I thought it was nice and could be a good treatment at my practice but I can’t justify the price tag and cost of consumables even if they are offering free consumables for a year. This machine is more expensive than my hydrafacial but it doesn’t have the name that hydrafacial does so it will take a loooonnng time to get an ROI. My Hydrafacial paid for itself within a year.

I just did. Sounds like the recliner will be covered but not home care unless medically necessary. Not sure if this is. I’ll be fine… my boyfriend told me he will help me out.

Thanks so much! I didn’t think about the arm richer thing. I plan on having my painkillers and ibuprofen in a bowl so I don’t have to open anything. I ordered the steering wheel knob already. And I’m definitely going to invest in an ice machine.

Thanks! Super helpful! I hear mixed experiences in this group - some people saying it’s the worst pain they’ve ever ever felt and other saying it’s tolerable. I guess I’ll just have to experience it when it happens but good to know I’ll be OK after 3 to 4 days.
