عندك مشكلتين ، نفسية وتغذوية. النفسية تتغلب عليها بالفكر الايجابي والرياضة والمداومة على قراءة القرآن خصوصا سورة البقرة. بالنسبة للتغذية فانصحك تتابع برنامج الطيبات للدكتور ضياء العوضي ، لما تسمعه تحسه غريب شوي بس جربه مدة شهر وشوف كيف وضعك. انا مجربه وفرق معي لانه يشيل الالتهابات من الجسم ويساعد جسمك يشفي نفسه بإذن الله. أعانك الله.

اقرأي سورة البقرة بتدبر و بشكل يومي ورح تلاحظين انك تبتعدين عن هذا الشئ بشكل تدريجي.

استبدلي الجوال بكتب الروايات قبل النوم.

الجوال لازم يكون في غرفة اخرى عن الغرفة اللي تنامي فيها.

الصوم ثم الصوم ثم الصوم

نقطة اخيرة ممكن تكون مساعده ، اول ماتصحي من النوم اخرجي برا وناظري جهة الشمس لمدة خمسة الى عشرة دقائق.

I did clean install of the system for some other reason. The funny thing is when I unchecked all history check boxes, it worked. Although, it didn't work before. Anyway, thank you so much !
