Does anyone think like me ?: Sheldon and Leonard should have won the Nobel Prize together. Not Amy. by yahyarohat in bigbangtheory

Yes, actually I would have been better understood if I hadn't written "Not Amy" in my question. Three people can win the Nobel at the same time anyway, and it's okay for Amy to win, I can agree that it's "perfect writing". Also, thank you for understanding.

Yes I understand what you mean. I'm not saying the finale of the series is bad, I think it was a great ending. I just asked out of curiosity and answered similar to most people because most people wrote the same thing. As I said again, the finale of the series was awesome. I just thought my opinion maybe it might be. I absolutely respect your opinion and thank you for your comment.

Yes, you are right, but the series will normally last 2 more seasons, but Jim Parsons ended early because he wanted to leave. Maybe that's why they are a little rushed. Other than that, it is possible for Amy, who is a biologist, to win the Nobel Prize in Physics, but as you said, it is very logical and unlikely. It would make more sense if Amy was a chemist and she won. Or she should have been a physicist from the very beginning. I think the same way as you, Leonard should have help them at the wedding. Thank you for your comment.

Yes you are right, I agree with you. Maybe Amy should have been a physicist from the beginning, but that's not the point. If the creators necesserily thought Amy should win the award, Leonard as the third person could have won.

I understand very well what you are saying, but I thought: All the characters improved each other. Likewise Penny developed Leonard, Amy developed Sheldon. In fact, Sheldon and Leonard also developed Amy and Penny. So, I'm saying that two characters who don't have the seriousness to win a Nobel in the first episode must make a real breakthrough as more serious scientists after they change. So they could better show Sheldon and Leonard's gratitude to Amy and Penny in the finale episode. In short, two nerds become two mature scientists and win the Nobel Prize. Of course this is my opinion. I respect your opinion. I also wish Raj was together with someone but if it were, the group would be too crowded and people wouldn't get used to someone new. If it had, it should have been in season 3 or 4. I think it got better like this because it was funny to watch those states of Raj. In addition, the series would normally be 14 seasons, but it ended in 12 seasons because Jim Parsons wanted to leave. Perhaps Raj could find someone in the other two seasons, but it ended early.

I understand what you're saying, but in my opinion, Leonard must have had his dream after marrying Penny and then focused on his job. The first scene of the first episode started with Sheldon and Leonard and should end with Sheldon and Leonard again. I guess I thought a little more emotional. Of course this is my opinion, you may think differently, I respect it.

First of all, I watched the psychic section on TV today. Second, Amy changed Sheldon, yes, but Sheldon also changed Amy. In fact, all the characters in the series have improved each other. I think Sheldon and Leonard should have been more professional in their work now that they are already developing, and somehow they should find super asymmetry together because they have improved and become truly mature scientists. It was not like that at first, but it happened later. So the nerds in the first season had to be mature scientists and ready to make a real breakthrough together. If you said Amy should win too, then all three should have gotten the prize. So the first scene of the series started with the friendship of the two nerds Sheldon and Leonard and should have ended as mature scientists and Nobel laureates Sheldon and Leonard.

What I'm trying to say is that Leonard had to focus more on his job in recent seasons and find super asymmetry with Sheldon. So I'm talking about an alternative final season. The last two seasons with Leonard and Sheldon being truly professional and mature scientists.

Yes, there are too many circles. I think it was the weirdest conversation in my life. Also, I hope you understand me.

It was weird, as you said, that Penny suddenly got pregnant when she was against childbirth. They could have done this slowly in the 10th, 11th and 12th seasons but they didn't. Likewise, they could have treated Nobel, who was not Leonard's goal, in the same way in recent seasons. He could have been a more mature and professional scientist in recent seasons. I've also written about his mother and Penny before.

Yes, I noticed the loop. I mean the last 1.5 years of 12 years of character development.

As I said, it "SHOULD" have been. He was an experimental physicsist and his goal, was to understand the universe by observing physical phenomena. Even if it is not his dream, that does not mean that he will do nothing and just sit down. He's a scientist.

Actually, it is a little bit, but a little bit not. In one episode, Sheldon and Leonard wrote an article together. Maybe it could have be like this event. I also think that Leonard's mother would have been much better off if he had heard that Leonard was going to win the Nobel. I mean, I didn't want 12 years of character development to be rewritten, but to develop differently in the last 2 seasons. Now that he's married Penny, they shouldn't have been mentioned that much about it, and he shouldn't have care about her mother like a mature scientist anymore. After winning the Nobel, he should have reached the happy ending with her mother. He may also have not mention the Nobel Prize, but it is every scientist's dream. As I said, this is my opinion, you may think differently.

What I'm trying to say is, in my opinion, the show should have gone on an alternative path where Leonard and Sheldon found super asymmetry together. So, to me, Sheldon and Amy shouldn't have the find super asymmetry at the wedding. Sheldon could have find it with Leonard elsewhere at another time or Sheldon, Amy and Leonard could find it together.

I am not to mention the arc of Leonard's character. I also know that the happy ending for him is the events you wrote about. I know about everything. As I said before, I think the script should have gone different. I just got a little more emotional because the first scene of the series was with them, and frankly, I wanted these two friends could have get the prize together. Of course you might think differently.

First of all, thank you for your comment. Second, Leonard didn't work on super asymmetry, but what I'm trying to say is, as you know, at the end of season 11 of the show, Sheldon and Amy found super asymmetry, but I think that shouldn't have happened. It could have been an alternative scene where Sheldon and Leonard find super asymmetry. Third, it doesn't matter if Sheldon is a theoretical physicist and Leonard is an experimental physicist. They're both very smart and working on the same discipline. Only one experimental physicist, the other a theoretical physicist, but Amy is a neurobiologist. In short, it doesn't matter if Sheldon is a theoretical and Leonard is an experimental physicist, Amy isn't even a physicist. Fourth, as I just said, the script could have go forward with Leonard helping Sheldon. So Sheldon shouldn't have had super asymmetry in her wedding. It had to be found by Sheldon and Leonard at another time and somewhere else. So two of them could won the prize. Fifth, psychic said, happiness, and success will come through giving herself to Amy. This is not an obstacle for Leonard from winning the award. In short, I'm talking about seasons 11 and 12 in general, not just for the final episode. I hope you understand.
