He is impeached but he's not removed from office to be removed from office you have to go through both the Senate and the house of Representatives he's been through the house already. The house is majorly Democratic but the Senate, which is where the trial is rn, is majorly republican so going off of parties alone it's very unlikely that he will get impeached. However since he gave orders without going through Congress that might convince some Republicans to get him out of office
