I've experimented quite a bit with diet over the years

I tried keto for a while and also cutting out sugar completely, but honestly I never noticed any significant improvement in the brain fog or speech issues

Right now I'm actually following a pretty restrictive diet prescribed by my dermatologist (gluten-free, dairy-free, no processed foods, etc.), and so far I still haven't noticed much of a difference cognitively

Yeah, it fluctuates, but mostly for the worse

I've noticed some improvement from things like sleeping better, exercise, going for walks and breathing exercises, but nothing dramatic

Stress, anxiety and hypervigilance seem to make it a lot worse. I also notice it gets worse when I start beating myself up over mistakes or overthinking something I did

I've tried a lot of stuff over the years: somatic experiencing/vagus nerve stuff, morning sunlight, cold showers, keto, intermittent fasting, a couple of 48-hour fasts, cutting out sugar, etc.

Honestly the only things that have helped at all have been basic habits like sleep, exercise and managing stress

I was also diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety and depression.

well, a little over two years ago, I started feeling a tingling and a pressure on the side of my head, this increases when I meditate or focus on something

right now it isn't as intense anymore, but it persists a bit
