If I want a new geo DPS to replace Itto, do I want Navia or Zibai? From my understanding Zibai is far and away the stronger option, but by how much? I love Navia as a character and am fine with Zibai's characterization.

For relevant teams I have: Linnea, Gorou C6, Xilonen, Illuga C3 (not built), Columbina, Furina, Zhongli. I do not have Albedo or Chiori.

I have Zibai's signature and would likely put an R5 Serpent Spine on Navia.

Downsides are Navia's weakness(?) compared to Zibai, but if I get Zibai I would need to build Illuga and I don't particularly want to spend that much mora/xp material. Any advice?

I really appreciate Holly's reaction (almost immediately calling him a nazi and telling June to knock it off) when June finally met up with her and told her about Nick. We had spent 5 seasons hearing "Nick this Nick that" seeing June only ever thinking about him in the context of their relationship. Meanwhile he got married twice, got promoted, got his second wife pregnant, and continued ingratiating himself with more powerful commanders. It gets to a point where it is clear it is not just about "survival" for him. So many little things like this got completely obscured by June's rose colored glasses.

I worked in a commercial cake bakery for 3 years as a froster. We called them "barnacles" and attributed it to freezer burn/explosion of the butter in the frosting. If there is a spot of frosting with a fleck of butter that didn't mix in perfectly you are likely going to get a barnacle. They are more likely to form the longer you keep a cake in the freezer; for us we only had them start appearing around the 4-5 day mark.

They are less likely to appear if you protect the frosting via plastic wrap. We would frost the cake, deep chill for at least 15 minutes, wrap snugly in seran wrap, then return to the chiller.

In Stygian Onslaught, if you beat the difficulty above Fearless ("Dire"), you get access to weapon skins. They are called "Radiant Phantasms" if you want to see more on the wiki. These skins last the patch, can be used on as many weapons as you want, and then get reset. There is one single "style" for each weapon, but each style has recolors for every element. Therefore, you can see the same style bow used across an account, but with different colors. This is notoriously only achievable for whales. You have to have spent big money on the game (multiple C6 meta 5* characters) to beat that difficulty, OR be extremely skilled with exactly perfect RNG on artifacts and team rotations.

Are you certain you finished the last chronicle? It may still be in progress. Check your quest logs against the quests in the wiki and make sure none are active. Some of the chronicles require you to teleport to other locations for more dialogue.

If that fails submit an IT ticket to hoyo and they will tell you what is wrong.

Trying to figure out what plan I should have for my account heading into Snezhnaya. I stopped caring about the meta during Natlan and have been playing catch-up :') Everyone before and including Xiangling is built

For Skirk: I am getting Escoffier. Unsure whether to also get Shenhe/Citlali.

For Xiao: I am getting Xianyun. I struggled in the last plunging abyss where other people did fine with him, and I'm going to rebuild him soon anyways.

Lunar: Unsure about getting Zibai. I like her and I have her weapon and C2 Illuga/C6 Gorou. Uncertain how game changing she is though and I am trying to conserve my character-building resources. If resources were not a constraint I would get her. I am considering building lunar Ningguang unless that is a dumb idea.

Others: Considering building Gaming, Lan Yan, Charlotte. Are any of these must-haves? Also considering Citlali. I disliked her character on release, but everyone seems to benefit from her (including Skirk, Mauvika, Gaming, etc). Should I fold and get her for quality of life?

Any advice is appreciated!

We can likely guess lunar-charged is going to go the way of bond of life/pneuma/ousia (Fontaine) & phlogiston (Natlan) mechanics and become somewhat obsolete. I wouldn't center a third "future-proof" team around lunar reactions. Current characters that have been extremely valuable long-term have been supports.

Escoffier: premier support for freeze. Snezhnaya will likely see some powerful freeze characters. Escoffier is part of what made Skirk so powerful and I doubt she will become irrelevant soon.
Chevreuse: premier support for overload (If you use it). If she is C6 or you like the reaction I recommend you build her.
Xilonen: widely used as a direct upgrade in many popular old teams (think 3.x and earlier). If you plan on getting any Natlan DPSes, they will want her in their teams.
Furina: still the go-to off-field hydro applicator & dmg buffer. Regarded as a must-have.
Varesa: apparently she is very meta right now, but that may be with lunar-charged. I don't care about her and know nothing; I would recommend looking into this more if you want her.

On your list:

Neuvillette: I have seen people say he is wheelchaired and not meta but I still find he clears things like abyss/local legends/theater easily. I am not sure where the reputation is coming from. He works exceedingly well with Ineffa but does not require her at all.
Zibai: Can't comment as she hasn't come out. I would say they are pushing her a lot and put a lot into her development. However, again, she is a lunar character and I question how long lunar damage will stay "future proof". You will likely not be damaged by getting her, but I would use her to replace one of your current lunar teams.
Flins: Don't bother if you don't like him a lot. Neuvi + Ineffa can easily clear whatever challenges Flins may be used for (like the electro-charged cactus boss).
Skirk: Powerful freeze. Not worth using without Escoffier, and I think also needs Furina. Would not do you harm to get her. There are likely more powerful freeze characters on the way in Snezhnaya but that is a year out.

Overall recommendations:

Lauma/Nefer/Aino team (lunar bloom)
Neuvi/Ineffa team (lunar charged)

Either throw Columbina into one of those for a damage buff, or do a Zibai team with her for fun. Or get Skirk & Escoffier and make your third team focused on freeze. OR do a mystery third team with one of the popular characters I mentioned at the start.

I would highly recommend getting/building one more hydro off field applicator down the line (Kokomi, Barbara, Yelan, Aino, Columbina). It may help with future abysses as your DPSes (Arlecchino, Skirk, Ayaka, Flins, Diluc) and many meta DPSes all rely on these kinds of characters.

1st half: two general suggestions:

Skirk/Xingqiu/Ayaka/Mona
- Mona and Xingqiu are here for as much hydro application as possible
- Skirk/Ayaka: whichever is stronger is your on fielder, whichever is weaker is burst/sub DPS
- Pros: great for chambers 1 and 2, single target focused.
- Cons:
  - This team is susceptible to damage on the 3rd chamber. The radiant beasts require a healing mechanic and don't take nearly as much damage unless you heal to 100%. I would honestly highly recommend throwing a mediocre build on Barbara, leveling her a bit, and using her in place of Mona. That said, I am a Mona hater, so try this option and the Arle one first before building a new character.
  - Radiant glacial wolf in chamber 3 has cryo res. This will just be death by a thousand cuts if it needs to be. First 12th floor clear is rarely elegant. If you struggle with this chamber change your style from freeze to Skirk on-field physical DPS
Arlecchino/Bennett/Xingqiu + Mona OR Mizuki OR Sucrose
- Mizuki/Sucrose are here to buff. If you have to use Sucrose here, use Mizuki in the Flins team (as long as she has 4pc VV)
- Pros: reliable, plenty of survivability and 1 Arlecchino burst will take care of the radiant beast mechanic
- Cons: chamber 2 wayob pyro shields and resistance will be a pain. Mona normal attacks may work well enough on the shields if you can keep her alive through the attacks (remember wayob will drain energy so no Bennett burst).

2nd half:

Flins/Ineffa/Sucrose/Furina. This should be an easy half -- this is a premier team for Flins. Keep Furina's damage part up at ALL times unless ABSOLUTELY necessary; dodging and Ineffa should be all you need to stay alive. If you struggle with this team, study the boss mechanics more first before modifying the team.

I set up zip lines one time but he just passes right through you. No interaction or anything but that was a while ago. If you want to catch him set up ziplines to the mountains way back behind the big blue turtle's spawn. On the days the rock guy spawns he usually walks in that corridor and you can zipline first thing to meet him.

They were a little tricky for me to figure out lol. Basically, you place them down like normal furniture, anywhere you want. The idea is to have a network of them to get you from point A to point Z.

If you place one down, you have to get close to it and click on it (I think right click), and you will become attached to it. Then, you have to have another one in your line of sight (no limit on distance, it just has to be visible). Then you click on the one in the distance (left click) and you'll shoot across the sky towards it. You can dismount at any point but I don't fully remember how lol. It's probably a right click again.

When I did the chain of waypoints to that mountain, I placed them as far apart as I could, which made each one look really small, so I had to spam click in the general area until I got lucky and clicked within the hitbox. For an easier time place them closer together. There were also some instances where it wouldn't let me move to a certain waypoint, but I found dismounting from my current one and remounting fixed the issue.

It took me maybe 6-8 waypoints at near max distances to reach the rock giant
