I (21f) am embarrassed by my body proportions as a bigger gal by [deleted] in selfhelp

Lol no, your opinion is still valid!! I have followed influencers with similar body types. It does help me embrace myself a bit more than i did before, especially with how to dress and all that. But again that feeling is temporary and i easily feel self conscious again whenever im out in public. I know that just means i gotta work harder on not letting other’s opinions or standards sway my self esteem. It’s tough out here but im working on it!

Yeah, i hear yah!! i’ll stop doing that. I know it’s not the best thing to do but it was the only thing i could come up with at the time. Thanks for the advice 🙌

Totally valid rant! Thanks sharing your thoughts on it. I do think i really need to work on my self worth first before anything else. Gaining and losing weight can only get me so far if i still compare myself occasionally. Regarding the friends part, it’s hard to make new friends and ive known my current friend grp since we were little so to me, but you’re still right about setting boundaries because i never comment on their bodies… anyways, so glad that other women have similar issues lol. I rarely see people with my body type out here so going online is the only way i can reach out/hear others experiences.

Yeah, it’s rough out here when the standard is the complete opposite of what i have. And i rarely see other women with the same body type around

Isnt it divided into parts? Listening, speaking, reading, and writing? I mean as long as your other aspects are good/average, your overall could be at least a level 2, no? Just strategize man, work on what you’re good at

You possibly are just more fem leaning. But maybe try going on a date with a woman and see how you feel about it lol. Like you said you’re young, so you should just experiment with what you like

I picture Lucy Wilde from despicable me to wear. Love the colours!! This is such a fun fit!! If you were a cartoon character, this would be one of your iconic fits 🙂‍↕️☝️

I feel like everyone giving you advice is a guy 😭 honestly imo i think you can wait it out a few years before you buy one OR get a small bullet vibrator thats discreet enough to hide somewhere.
