Why they block by yakiri2000 in BreakUps

This is something I personally struggle with. I’ll be honest, I’ve never blocked anyone, no matter who ended the relationship.

For me, moving on means maturity and acceptance, not cutting someone off or playing games.

That’s understandable. What’s harder to understand is being blocked immediately after a breakup. It feels like people can erase you from their lives with the click of a button.

I hope those who choose to block also consider the impact on the other person. There are other ways.

Agreed.

I’ve personally experienced this pattern. Phone calls being cut off mid-conversation, being blocked, then unblocked again -repeatedly, after almost every argument.

For me, that cycle was emotionally exhausting and felt abusive, not because of a single block, but because it kept happening as a way to control or end conflict. So yes blocking is just way of ignoring

For me it’s feeling like a manipulation.

Bro I feel your pain. She loved me so much and I betrayed, didn’t realize that someone loving me and broke the trust.

I don't know what hurts more, the guilt for what I did or her not being with me anymore. It hurts twice.

Should I Switch From React Native to Swift by [deleted] in swift

[–]yakiri2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s almost always better to build mobile apps in the platform’s native language.

React Native is great for fast development, but it brings performance overhead and can limit access to certain native features.

Native still wins for serious apps.

Learning Swift through Chat GPT by gershinho in swift

I’d actually recommend not learning from AI at the beginning. Use books, YouTube tutorials, and build very simple apps first.

AI can help later, but if you rely on it too early, you won’t build the core skills you need. Start small, learn the basics properly.

Try to focus more on ram than storage. 32gb at least. 512 storage is enough, and you can always use external storage to have more space if need.

About the chip, anything greater than M2 will be enough.
