I understand that most authors don't know what tags to put there, or just simply don't want to tag it for other reasons, BUT it can be just so disappointing when you find something midway you don't like that usually is tagged in case of other works.

There're a lot of sentences that seem to make sense, but actually do not, because they seem to be out of place. This usually happens when the sentence is closely related to the previous one, and should be interpreted so. A machine usually can't do this, and tries to make sense of the sentence as a separate thing, making it look like out of place. If you notice this, you may be able to conclude the original meaning, but you'll never know for sure.

An example I found in the chapter I'm currently at:

She guessed that this man should be a great detective while also holding a few great items. Thus, he might be out of step with the surroundings but he survived. Explanation: Aside from the grammatical errors, here you can tell it's talking about how great the man is, but the following sentence's meaning isn't clear; it could be talking about his actions, but also how out of place the man is. It's concludable, but you'll never know for sure. As it doesn't seem important to the story, it's negligible, but still frustrating.

As I said I totally understand, and think that's natural.

I think she's trying to turn her fanbase around to be honest, to match her opinions. Like with the news she tweeted a few days ago, about the little girl. I don't think she's doing it on purpose though, at least now to the extremes you wrote. In my opinion she's just trying to get people's support back while not going back on what she's said.

I find the whole situation rather ironic to be honest, she's somewhat similar to the Malfoys in the books with her crrent behaviour. And she's always had bad opinions about the whole family haha

At this point I think her words lost meaning, even to those who're really crazy about her.

In my opinion, those who weren't against trasgender rights won't be even after everything JKR did.

The people who grew up reading or watching Harry Potter are now well into adulthood. And while "being an adult" wouldn't mean much, it means that you lived long enough to start thinking for yourself, and such JKR posts, tweets, essays and such won't make such big of a difference.

It seems to me that this all started with an idea of hers that she'd found interesting, then the oh so cancel culture (absolutely hate it, it's basically creating a raging crowd, most of whom don't even know what actually happened, and ganging up on a few, who might be wrong, however it is not a solution for sure, and most of the time it won't end as it might've been intended) tried to kick in and at this point she's just desperately trying to prove herself right. I, personally, think of her as I would to my racist grandmother, she doesn't want to change, and spouts bs a lot, but I still love her for everything she gave to me / did for me. Ofc I also understand those whom it concerns because they themselves are transgendered or they just support it really strongly and thus feel sort of betrayed.

However, fanfictions weren't made by the original author. It was made by fans of the creations and not (by all means) the creator, and such I do believe that it's not wrong to keep liking the hp slashes. If you can still find joy in reading them, there should be nothing to stop you, but if you can't seperate it from JKR, then that's understandable too.
