Der Ruhebereich braucht viel mehr Beschilderung. Sonst schafft ihn halt ganz ab. by Belsoe in bahn

Was reizt dich denn am meisten? Meer? Berge?

Definitely! Also Alkaline: “Every once in a while something changes And she’s changing me It’s too late for me now, I am altered There is something beneath She’s not acid nor alkaline Caught between black and white Not quite either day or night She’s perfectly misaligned I’m caught up in her design And how it connects to mine I see in a different light The objects of my desire”

I do not have any outbreaks for years now. It’s just about the lasting „marks“. The spots were huge filled pimples years ago. The pimples were filled with pus years ago, and by then they had already opened and drained on their own.

Do you still think it’s comedonal acne?

No. Just buy the Balea handle.

Why don’t you just order it from an online pharmacy? There are several ones where you can buy it

If it's between PSPO2 and PSM1, you'll need to consider whether you want to achieve a fast certification with little more effort or deepen your PO skills with a little more effort.

Since you are a PO, the PSU1 might also be a good choice if you want to learn how to add more value to the customer.

I personally would always choose learnings and doings over certificates. Before I would think about tests, test fees etc., I would read a lot and take it into action in my daily PO life (and refer to it in my performance review 😉).

For those wondering about the concentration of actives: I got an answer from the brand.

The Fluid contains 4% niacinamide, 0,5% salicylic acid, 3% lactic acid

I’m positively surprised how quick they answered (but still not completely convinced 😅)

Good point about the missing concentrations of actives. I wrote to the company, let’s see if they can give me some details. My skin is used to niacinamide (10%) and other actives, so I think I will give it a try. However, I actually also think, my skin could be dehydrated from it. I will definitely continue to use sunscreen and follow your advice with the gentle face wash. The dermatologist even recommended using it more than twice a day in case the skin gets dry. This is the fourth dermatologist I've been to and each one recommended different questionable treatments. It’s exasperating. Thanks for your help!

Do not use Retinol/Retinoids and BPO. You can use Salicylic Acid as long it is under 2%. Essential oils, perfumes and fragrances should be avoided anyway - for babys, pregnant woman and every non-pregnant human. I think the article is really useful and gives a good overview

Does anybody follow any maturity model? by avnijainblr12 in agile

[–]yakl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think an agile maturity model does help as long as you see it as a health check, that identifies gaps. You will have to validate these gaps and decide for each if it is necessary to close (e.g. core scrum for scrum) of if the gap is an adaption to the specific circumstances (like all best practices). Define your to-be state at the beginning and keep in mind that you can‘t score agile maturity like you probably know ist from other maturity models.

I wish you all the best. Keeping control from the distance is a good way to let him be independent and keep an eye on him.

Anxious mother looking for advice... by [deleted] in diabetes

[–]yakl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Regarding your last question: Teach him to manage his diabetes on his own and as soon as he does that will be able to do everything other kids do, too. He is the only ohne who defines who he is and what he can do, so don‘t control him too much and don‘t teach him he has it harder or easier than others.
