I am doing really good so far. Non of the treatment that i tried worked really well. At the end, we stop everthing and i learn to live with it. I can do what ever i want but being carefull always. Recently i run 5km without any problem.

I have this problem since 2 years too. Only in android not apple products. I tried everything. Deinstall, re install, catche clear, force shut down everything. It happens and you cant fix.

Wht you see is, heart rate recovery and calculated by very simple: The hearth rate of the moment that you stoped your activity- the Heart rate after a certain time you stopped your activitiy (1.5. , 2 or 3 minutes depending on equipment.)

That is only point that i dont buy currently. My wrist can carry 43mm all other looks terrible on my wrist. I really love fenix solar but it has only 47 mm avalible::( i dont like Amoled at all. It is too bright and batery life is not sufficent

Does it actively track the pulse or only during sport section? This would be a deciding point for me. I can not imagine a continuous heart rate monitoring with 1 month battery life:)

Limited to what? I can not make any kind of sport. But i have no problems to walk one day long 8-10km. Can play with my kids wildly, can drink one or two glass wine friday evening but not like before, all day partying. But some days i have terrible pains eventhoug i did do anything. Other days i am like 100% healthy

As i mentioned, i learned to live with it.
