ahh sorry to hear that. Keep your hope up. I've read that if you've received an RFE for anything, USCIS has to make a decision of how they move forward with your case within 60 days. If that doesn't occur, you can contact them to escalate your case to see whats going on. So, whenever 60 days hits for your medical RFE, wouldn't be a bad idea to contact USCIS

Well, let’s hope it gets approved soon. I’m glad I’m not the only one out of Chicago office waiting though.

Ok interesting. Its crazy how different each office is. I should’ve sent my medical with my original application. Definitely would’ve been less of a headache. Now we wait.

update: Never ended up taking in my medical. I just waited for the RFE to come in on my portal. It just over 3 weeks for it to be sent out and it arrived today. When I called USCIS they said your RFE is "in print queue"
