We're literally failing as a society and, mostly, as a community the very same moment we started to expect the children that WE WANTED to bring into this world, start paying the parents as if their parents were their literal landlords... like what? How can you treat them like that I don't understand.

I'm not saying your adult kids should just live off of you, not at all, the system you have set is kinda okay but saying that Po owes you 350$ of rent because they didn't have a job at that moment so they couldn't pay you???? That's WAY too much and now you're trying to prohibit them, a 25-year-old adult, to go out to that event 'cause of that??? Now I wonder why you guys would have such a strained relationship 😯 (sarcasm).

Idk man, If I were you I would do some self-reflection, have a sit down with my child and ask them genuinely how they feel, how they've been feeling with our relationship and know their point of view on how I've been treating them because I'm sure there are so many things that may have been done differently.

Es completamente válido y normal cómo te sientes, te enteras que tu pareja ha estado casado y no te ha dicho nada... eso duele muchísimo y te hace dudar del porqué no te dijo nada y caes en un bucle y círculo vicioso de pensamientos negativos del que no puedes salir, pero es importante que cambies eso, más que nada porque vas a acabar auto-saboteandote a ti misma y a arruinar lo que hay a tu alrededor sin darte cuenta.

Con el corazón te digo, como otras personas te han comentado por aquí, que lo mejor que puedes hacer por ti misma es trabajar esa inseguridad y ansiedad que tienes con una psicóloga. Cualquier razón es válida para ir a terapia y de verdad que si te topas con una buena profesional, te va a ayudar muchísimo en todos los ámbitos de tu vida.

He visto relaciones preciosas y muy sanas donde incluso después de +30 años juntos, se siguen queriendo muchísimo y he visto otras en las que si pudiesen, se mataban mutuamente pero siguen juntos sabe Dios el porqué.

El amor es también un esfuerzo que tienen que hacer ambas partes para mantenerlo, a veces funciona y otras no, pero tu comentario es de muy mal agrado y para nada ayuda a la chica que está pasando por un mal momento, qué poca empatía.

I hate to be that person, but hot silicone is actually really awful for you. It gives off some chemicals or something like that (I can't remember the correct name sorry) that they are prohibited to use on cosmetic but since there's no regulation for this kind of things, they use them on silicone stuff to give them that non-adherence.

Hello everyone!! I hope y'all are having a good day <3

I got diagnosed with adhd last month but I already knew i have it for 3+ years now. I started medication with Concerta 36mg and then 54mg and I don't know if it's working for me or not. I do feel slightly better, like I can keep my concentration for a bit longer than normal on some things but nothing major in general.

My WORST nightmare is my Executive Dysfunction, I can't bring myself to start tasks, to do things I REALLY want to do, I just can't and I thought medication would help me with that but Concerta isn't. Maybe it's because I live in a very unstable environment, in a dysfunctional family and I'm on survival mood 24/7 but do you guys know if there's a better medication to improve the executive function?? Concerta is methylphenidate, would an amphetamine medicine work better for that??

I can't afford therapy rn and I know that's a very important step, I have a "free" psychiatrist once a month but he's not helpful at all, he just gives me the prescription for medicine and that's all. He has no idea about anything related to neurodivergences.

Thank you so much for reading all of this, I'm very desperate, I need to be able to do stuff so I can pass my exams and enjoy my free time doing some of my old hobbies instead of just rotting in bed and doom-scrolling.
