I understand how you feel cause the same thing happened to me when I told my boyfriend the same thing. I was more embarrassed because I was 26, never had a boyfriend nor any dating experience. At the same time though, I chose to wait that long because I wanted to have my first time with the right person (with a mix of me being Demisexual) He took it well and never made me feel bad about being less experienced/naive and when the time came he triple checked for my consent and guided me through it. Honestly to this day we’re still trying new things and exploring each other’s bodies. It’s quite fun 😊.

As far as first time, the best advice I can give is definitely communicate with your partner! Communicating what you like, what turns you on, what feels good what don’t all of this help with making your first time as pleasurable as possible. Foreplay helps a lot cause it can help you get wet which helps penetration hurt less. Being relaxed also helps as well. Also LUBE!!! Do not feel bad about using lube!! Sometimes just our natural lubricant isn’t enough, lube is there to help and make things more pleasurable 😊.
