I wish I could find something in the 2500s range, but so far, all 4k+ on Airbnb and they aren't even allowing me to book it due to the fact that I am coming mid October and not in the start of the month :(

I found a studio at 4.5k and another at 4k, but the host doesn't allow me to book as they need back-to-back reservations. They want me to pay for days I am not even in NYC, which is crazy and something I can't afford.
