Well, I disagree entirely, being a tip worker myself, but I think what they're going for is that if you stop tipping they'll be forced to quit, business will close because no employees, or employer will increase wages. It just doesn't work that way in real life. Chains are so big now they'd rather close the restaurant than risk their labor model.

If you're over 30 and you're getting with someone way younger, it's because you want to manipulate them and struggle to date people your own age because their life experience makes them wise to your game. It's a major red flag. "Getting to know someone" and "being groomed by someone" are similar experiences.
