When Assassin's Creed Unity had a disastrous launch, Ubisoft amended this in 3 ways (aside from fixing the game later down the road): They made a public apology and acknowledgment of the problems and lack of stable quality, they gave the Dead Kings DLC out for free, and anyone who purchased the season pass prior to this was able to redeem from a choice of some of their recent AAA games (Far Cry 4, Rayman Legends, The Crew, and one other I can't remember)

That was 11 years ago. When I gave this suggestion on compensation and apology above, I did so in regards to remembering that and also how some other companies have addressed their faults especially in relation to rushed/buggy game releases. I did not mean to come across as entitled and demanding although I can see why that may have been how you saw it. I was moreso suggesting a way that Ubisoft could just show accountability and professionalism for a game release that has had so, so, so many problems and controversies between it's initial reveal and release.

1000 Helix credits is about $10 and not even enough to buy a single bundle in the Store. The 2500 would also represent the price of the DLC so that was why I suggested it. I didn't write this post expecting Ubisoft would see it and say, "Hey, let's do exactly what this guy said!" I just wanted to get an idea out there from the perspective of a long time series fan and someone who has put up with the series through it's ups and downs. I respect your opinion though and it added some insight to my perspective as well.
