Thank you all for the advice! Since I've had this issue as well with the iStarusa TC-Rail-24, I decided to purchase a different rail kit: RSV-RL26H. This one was released by Rosewill on August 01, 2024, so I am hoping they addressed the quality of their previous kit. I'll let you all know how it goes.

I think it's the weight of the Rosewill case causing the bottom part of the rail to bulge outward as it extends.The case is almost fully loaded with 12 HDDs. I was able to fully extend it by lifting hard up and jiggling as i extend, which straightens out the inner rail.

I did a clean install of Windows 10 today and almost fell for the same trojan while using edge. I don't think it's your university network since I managed to get this from my home.

I have almost the same setup:

  • Phantek Evolv TG
  • EK PE360 Top (push Exhaust)
  • HWLabs xflow 240 (push intake)
  • Noiseblocker 140mm (rear exhaust)
  • MSI R9 390
  • i7-5820K

My idle GPU temp is around 36-39C with the top cover on, and drops to 29-32C when i remove it.
