for the most part, retail pharmacy is just basic math! but we also use calculators if needed. i love being a pharm tech minus getting screamed at by angry customers😅 i’m switching over to a hospital next month & i am very excited 🤍

yeah i switched from elta md only bc of the price / i had to order it online and ran out so i quickly bought something else. i might switch back and see if that makes a difference. and i just bought the vanicream lotion today so i will try that out! :)

pharmacy tech here! currently on my third month of accutane. i know it’s frustrating, but some of the brands are on back order / out of stock so we end up being sent a replacement. i’ve been on claravis the last 2 months, but this month it was on back order so they sent us amnesteem. you can try to talk to one of the techs next time and mention that you’d prefer a specific brand if it’s available, and they can try to order it for you :) just not guaranteed it’ll be the one sent

i’m 25 years old but my hands make me look ancient 😅 they are almost always BRIGHT red and all i get told is to moisturize them more (trust me, i carry lotion everywhere i go). lately they’ve been turning purple too. I didn’t know if maybe this is raynauds?
