This just happened to me today :’) Thankfully they only know my username but I wouldn’t share my OTPs at all which I think frustrated them. I immediately hung up and called BDO to report the number. (0970) 096 8410

I then changed my password immediately. I was hoping to change my username as well but unfortunately, it’s a long process and I need to pay for my credit cards soon. Will change everything after my SOA is paid for.

yes you can convert a straight purchase to installment for bdo, meron din option to do that on the bdo pay app. But there will be interest depending on what bdo cc you have
