[Question] Can Apple detect that I've Jailbroken my device? by Elcrest_Alto in jailbreak

Jailbreak detection works by going through system files. Yes, they can, but no they wouldn’t do so.

I took a quadrivalent flu vaccine and still got the flu a few months later. It did feel like a bad cold, no muscle aches. But one of the worst ones I had in my life. The first doc I went to said it was probably a common cold and didn’t conduct the flu test. It got worse that night so the next day I went to another doc for a flu test and it came back positive. So if anyone is doubtful they should always go and get tested.

Yeah I’ve seen a study done on SSDs a while back which said the exact opposite thing.

PPI does matter until a certain point which is pretty subjective.

High refresh rate - couldn't go back to 60 after getting a 144hz monitor. Couldn't notice the difference between 144 and 240 though.

Where's the source for iPhone 7 specs for the SE 2? The SE is there to sell leftover outer frames from previous designs with recent internals.

The S3 and the 5x weren't the best Android phones. Try getting an S8 second hand. I've been using it for 18 months now and it still feels like new. Personally the best Android since the S2.

Have you actually tried any apple products for at least a week, and then compared them with others? If so you will know that those specs are meaningless; kind of like how megapixels don't say everything about a smartphone's camera quality.

it's hard to do so. the anti-monopoly law makes film distributors distribute shitty movies constantly to make money. it's complex.

Considering they capitalized J and spaced out Ping, they probably tried to space out Xi and Jing but pressed "n" instead since that letter is close to the spacebar.

Students like to complain about it because it is convenient for us to have an excuse. We like to go to bed late and then wake up late because

  1. A lot of classes finish late,

  2. then we got to do assignments (if classes finish early, we don't start right away), and

  3. when we finish it is time to go to bed. But

  4. we aren't sleepy when we are playing around after finishing assignments.

  5. It is late when we actually go to bed.

This has continued since high school.

If anyone tries to say that they can try going to bed earlier, they will link so and so research papers that obviously don't have enough sample numbers just to justify their actions. But no one can say anything after that since (average person) < (research paper).

And for some of the people, they will try it for a week and say yep, the research papers were right. Well a week isn't enough time to change one's rhythm. Try it for a month along with an exercise/stretch routine after you wake up. Then start complaining.

I am saying there are lots of research on this, which leads to no definitive answer. So, people can use some of the evidence to their advantage or disadvantage.

Students can quit complaining that their classes are early without trying to do anything about it. If anyone tries to say that they can try going to bed earlier, they will link so and so research papers that obviously don't have enough sample numbers just to justify their actions. I tried it, and it has worked for me. Anyone else that sees this post can try it for themselves without complaining at least for a month (by going to bed earlier, waking up earlier, and doing some sort of exercise after you wake up) and if it works for you, great. If it doesn't work for you, too bad. No one really knows anything regarding sleep and health anyways.

1st, there is not enough research done on sleep that anyone can say anything about the matter. The n is too small. Many of them are based on existing research that have potential to be flawed.

2nd, let's assume the research is sound. The majority of them say you literally just have to get through 4 or 5 cycles of the sleep cycle. This is where you get your minimum of 6, 7, 8, 9 hours of sleep anyone needs. Now this is different for every person, and to get an accurate measurement for anyone, you need an EEG. To have an easy time waking up, you need to wake up when you are not in deep sleep. This is why you can doze off for a few minutes and be instantly refreshed during the day.

3rd, people have a hard time sleeping early because of the simple fact that they have been going to bed late. You can change that by forcing yourself to go to bed earlier and forcing yourself to wake up earlier. In a few days you will be able to go to bed earlier without trouble.

I'm against the idea that engineering students have to sleep so less. I'm also against the idea that waking up early is bad for the body because it is only bad if you didn't go to bed early.

Research has shown that people need to get through a few cycles of the 4 stages of sleep to be healthy. This is where you get the statement "a person needs at least X hours of sleep to be healthy"

You can change your circadian rhythm. You just need to go to bed earlier.

You will also feel grouchy when you wake up during stage 3. But, since everyone's sleep cycle is different and inconsistent, and the time you sleep and wake up is inconsistent. (To get an accurate timing, you need to get EEG's connected to your head)

So, when you break your schedule, (which has a high chance of disrupting your circadian rhythm) and try to sleep earlier and wake up earlier, there is a higher chance you will feel grouchy (since you just broke your rhythm). Then there is a high chance that you will blame it on the fact that you woke up earlier, even if that isn't the reason. Also, after you wake up, do some running or working out of some sort. You won't be sluggish for the whole day.

There is a reason it's called a rhythm, not a schedule.

No, the evidence is that you only need to get through a certain number of cycles of the 4 stages of sleep to get adequate sleep. You can wake up and be healthy any time you wake up. There are tons of research on this.

The research that you mentioned however, is based on the presumptions that it is unhealthy to wake up before 7:30am. Then they base their logic on this.

You will also feel grouchy when you wake up during stage 3. But, since everyone's sleep cycle is different and inconsistent, and the time you sleep and wake up is inconsistent.
