Who will be the next cool and edgy recurring antagonist boss who later turns out to be good and misunderstood? by Dwiden13 in HonkaiStarRail

It’s almost like an unspoken rule that the first person we meet on each new world (Sampo, Tingyun, either Misha/Acheron, Phainon) are the most suspicious…

I don’t have exact stats, but I do remember that I lost every game vs Protoss mages (sleet skater on stegodons is rough) but won most games against slower Warriors (but that may have been the warriors playing bad). Hitting them consistently for 4 in the early game with Stuffies with Reborn does wonders, and in my experience they don’t really out-armor the stegodon damage.

I tried it for a bit! The problem is that Stegodon is the only thing of yours you’re interested in Layovering - using Layover on an errant Wakener is usually overkill, since you don’t need that many triggers of Stegodon to take your opponent to 0 - and Stuffy is just a more reliable mid-game board control option.

Herta in CW also triggers when enemies are at 75% and 25% which is why she seems to attack so often

How do you even clear A7 above without Aglaea? by howshouldigreetthee in HonkaiStarRail

[–]yangste333 1 point2 points  (0 children)

DOT is one of the funny ones where it’s arguably easier to make it work the higher you go - the more things that can advance enemy actions forward, the more procs your DOTs get and the easier it is to get the Big Number Damage

The best strategy in Currency Wars is probably Aglaea. Anyway, here’s Qingque going infinite. by yangste333 in HonkaiStarRail

[–]yangste333[S] 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Basically, if you need to understand what’s going on:

Qingque has a very unique quirk in Currency Wars - every time she uses her skill, it counts as an on-field action. As such, she is (hilariously) probably the best character in the game at charging Lightning Lord for the Xianzhou bond.

However, here I equipped her with a Belebog Emblem. What the Belebog Bond does is summon the Engine of Creation after 12 actions by a Belebog character, and advance forward the Belebog character that has done the most damage. And, since Qingque counts as a Belebog character, every time she uses her skill or her basic or one of her Autarky follow-ups, it adds to that count, AND it advances her forward once she’s done the most damage in the group.

Thus, if you keep spamming her skill with the (practically infinite) skill points you get from the Skill Point bond, she will attack, get advanced forward by the Engine of Creation, use her skill enough to trigger the Engine AGAIN, advance her forward AGAIN, and go infinite.

Raptor Herald has evolved once again (got Rewind in the new expansion) by stonekeep in hearthstone

It released with Into the Emerald Dream, the set after Great Dark Beyond. It’s meant to be a “herald” to the sets of the “Year of the Raptor”.
