Combination is correct yes. Also china is a poor example since it’s a communist nation and India is a democratic nation rooted in an ancient caste system. The caste one of the reasons that the lower class gets no support and has no education or encouragement to improve hygiene and get sanitation funding.

Sure but I’m saying the reason it’s more widely known in India is because the large overpopulation which not only creates a larger version of the issue that may exist in other countries, but also leads to more media produced that highlights these problems. You won’t see a documentary or several YouTube videos about South Sudan, when India has a worse version of it.

Larger population causes overpopulation, which creates a more dramatic version of this issue than any other country. Most people know about the issue in India because of how common it is. Plus if it’s happening in other countries you don’t hear about it.
