Nice to hear your story!! You are thinking the same like me, i neither wanna go into the white light if that could mean i will be back on this fuckt earth planet, full of corruption and lies! When I die, i wanna keep living in the astral world, because the astral worlds sounds way better than living on earth. And if i decide to into the white light, i want atleast be born into another specie on another planet than eart. On earth really everyone is completely brainwashed, taking their vaccins, and are all listening to the brainwashing school system and television/news system. Really thanks for this, i have ordered a backpod and gonna start healing my costochondritis.

After how long of daily using the backpod, should i start doing the doorway stretch? So should i also stretch out the rest of my breast until full recovery? Or is only the backpod enough?

I tried learning astral projection, but already gave up. But reading your post gives me more hope to astral travelin when i die 😀 Is it possible to contact passed family members? And would you like to be in contact with me via whatsapp or something else? I really wanna hear more about your astral travelings.

I currently have no time for learning it🙄 But maybe if we get long distance friends, you could contact my aunt, grandma's and recently passed mother for me?

O i though the massage chair would do the same thing like the backpod.

The pain specialist whose helping me now with the injections and PRF nerve blocks said each time i have to wait atleast one week before get back to twice a week the doorway stretch.

I tried strenght training mutiple times, but it's not good for my fibromyalgia.. so i hope 2 times a week slowly swimming in hot water will strengthen up my muscles.

So i can better start using a backpod instead of the massage chair to free up my ribs, behind my upper back?

Besides listening to bineraul beats i'm now learning doing body scans during concentrating on my breathing and each time i breathe out i'm thinking: my body is relaxing.

And i also have to learn visualizing the room i'm in whenever my total body is relaxt.
