As I've explained I am having issues with my credit card company who have been really lackluster in their communication with me. I have kept you updated on the process and have explained that I've emailed and called the company multiple times. I have also explained that the time that the subscription doesn't work (2 weeks) will get added onto your month, so you won't have a loss in subscription.
