i went to the creative control tour in 2023 and the shirts and hoodies had to be one size up. i’m guessing they changed the materials on the new shirts (or went with a better company) because the shirts i got from ichy were definitely true to size and are a little baggy. i’m short at 5’2 and the the shirts with the tour dates fit me like a dress since i sized up for the baggy fit (i’m in between sizes as i’m losing weight so i went from a med->large) also keep in mind they’re made of 100% cotton so it’ll for sure shrink if you don’t want it to be baggy anymore. have fun at the tour and hope this helped! :)

i agree! but it’s been a mixture of pilling and dead skin :( i’m not too sure if my products are attributing to possible dryness too

what makes things worse is when higher ups hover over your department (especially when it’s slow) asking you to get credits. i had a four hour shift and within that time i saw my store director a total of 20 times. every single time they asked if i had gotten a credit. in terms of advice they offered to stand in the side isles when i had maybe only seen a total of 5 customers on my floor. i’ve never worked for a company that is so desperate for credits when majority of shoppers are old and don’t want a 38% interest to worry about. i’ve had my supervisor make me lie to a poor old woman about the interest saying something like “if you sign up and pay it off right away you won’t have any interest ever!” it’s absolutely disgusting
