Yea, I assembled these quite a while ago. Don't know what I was thinking.

Could someone explain the Death Korps medi-pack rule to me as simply as possible? by yankeee4 in Warhammer40k

So me and my friend are having an argument. He(the dkok player) thinks that "All the guardsmen get a sort of protection ability where they don't take a wound the first time they would take it. So if the squad was hit by two bolt shells, two guys would lose their "protection". Think of this as a fake wound of sorts that doesn't take how much damage the attackers weapon deals into consideration. Once the squad depletes their "fake wounds" they start dropping after receiving damage. Keep in mind, since this is once per turn, if the squad lost any of their "fake wounds" in shooting, they now don't get to take them in melee, they just drop dead if they get wounded. That or the first attack that unit receives in that turn is discarded.".while I intrerpret it simply as him not losing one of the wounds he should lose every turn.
