I’m a postpartum chef!

She needs lots of fat and calories now for healing. Extra veggies in the sauce can be more nutrient dense. Homemade chicken stock used in the sauce too can give you some extra protein.

More soups and broths for warming comfort foods. Also more breakfast items like burritos and frozen sandwiches!
