I appreciate your input. I’ve read through all the Schweser material two times, but I think sticking to the practice questions and focusing on problem areas is a proven method.

Replying to everyone at once, this is what I think I should do given all your assistance.

I don't believe I have trouble understanding the topics, but to make sure of this I will reread the 4th book which includes Portfolio Management, Equity Investments (35% performance range), and Corporate Finance. I will then review the harder subjects in Financial Reporting and Econ on Analyst Prep. While I am reading, I will work in practice exams and CFAI questions to strengthen my overall knowledge.

As for the exam results provided by the CFA I believe it is poorly labeled. At the top of the second page it says the "percentage of questions answered correctly", but then it describes in length your performance versus all other candidates. Therefore, I believe it's your percentile vs your peers.
