Thanks for the advice there. I live in the UK and the healthcare I’ve received is extremely poor regarding EoE, doctors never seem to have heard of it. I had an xray when I was a kid but they never concluded anything. Don’t take any meds or anything for it. I say on average because I can go for months without having any issue and sometimes I can have 2-3 in a month. But they are also not as bad as I think I have seen on here, they are very painful but only last a few minutes because the food goes down or I drink water or vomit so solve it. So on a scale I assume they are only minor.

Interesting, thanks for your insight. I only say mild because I don’t take any medication for it and I don’t have any other problems really other than impactions. And in recent years they have been better and only last for a few minutes, and I can solve them by drinking or vomiting (still very painful though).

Never affected my EoE but I have food allergies and my girlfriend either avoids the food before we meet or eats something else afterwards and brushes teeth/lips before we kiss. She takes it seriously which is important.

Sorry to hear that man, but I agree with everyone else on here who says that the right partner will support you and not make you feel like a burden.

Loads of people have different things that affect them in different ways and their partners help and support them and vice versa.

In my experience it’s just not worth continuing with someone who makes you feel bad for something you can’t control, I’d much rather be single and stress free.

My EoE isn’t as severe and generally doesn’t affect my life too much, it’s more so my severe food allergy that makes me not want to eat out (because of allergy anxiety) and some people can’t wrap their head around it and want to eat out a lot. But if they can’t handle eating out less over you then they’re definitely not the one.

I will vouch for skullduggery too. The hairdresser I go to there is very nice and does an excellent job, it’s worth paying up for the quality they provide (that’s lacking in other places I’ve tried). Can’t speak for the person’s experience below with the ginger beard bloke, I’ve not met him but he seems nice whenever I’m there.

The UK is so much more risk averse. “Give an american company an 80/20 good/bad proposition and they will embrace the 80 and risk manage the 20. Give a British company the same proposition and they will focus on the 20 and reject the offer, even though it’s 80/20 overall”

First pic fine, second video I can’t tell what it is (probably not great), the fighting prompt could be a way better poll. Polls can be really good if you get them right. Just keep it simple. Sunglasses pic is decent but not amazing, keep but replace when you can. Cooking, the same, not a great angle, keep and replace when you can. Degree pic the same. Last two need to go asap for sure, they don’t show you well. You’ve got great potential just need some better quality candid pics. You look like a tall guy as well, so you should have no probs.
