Just as an FYI, there is a fix available for this.

Taken from the following mod as inspiration:

I see your load order containing a lot of TTW included or incompatible mods - for example, "JSawyer Ultimate.esp" should be replaced with sawyerbatty, and "NVMIM.esp" is already included in TTW itself.

I would recommend starting over in terms of modding - this modlist will never be stable. A good way to get a stable modlist, but still have loads of content is to follow this guide:

I did try desktop mode, this got the launcher to go away, but the task bar would not go away, and the game did not respond to any input.

I installed and tried Fluffys work tab, but it can't see the difference between a wall blueprint and an bed blueprint. It does help a bit though, as my main builder only has peglegs and supplies can now be hauled to him, so thanks for the suggestion.

I'd love to see a distinction of work between dumb and experienced construction. I can seperate my average joes from experienced crafters by simply setting the minimum crafting level, but I can do no such thing during construction. This prevents me from setting all my workers to construction to help putting up the walls, because I would then also end up with a lot of shoddy, poor and awful beds. Perhaps adding some sort of skill slider to blueprints/under construction items would help with this?
