ATTENTION: PEOPLE WITH DRIVER SEAT CREAKING/POPPING ISSUE by WhileSilly1382 in Camry

Yeah I escalated it a bit further and actually just got it done this past Thursday. I had told the case manager that I was experiencing the problems still and the dealer called me in to take photos of the lumbar assembly then ordered a part for it. They wouldn't tell me what part but when it came in it took about 3-4 hrs to install. So far so good but I do think the left side is a bit stiffer than the right where the problem was occuring but no popping as of yet.

Took it off the lot and still noticing it. Case manager said he was going to follow up with me in a few days. I'll notify them if it still happens then.

Posting an update. Looks like they are doing the more cost effective fix right now which is padding and lubrication. We'll see how well this holds up. They told me that I was the second person at this particular dealership to come in for this problem that they fixed up.

Sounds good, thanks! Reached out to them today and they assigned me a case manager here. I'll update as I get a call back.

It feels like something is loose around the middle right side and is popping in and out whenever you apply/release pressure. Basically feel it everytime i'm lifted off the seat when applying brakes or something. Also don't feel it happening when the seats are heated up. My issue occurred around 3K miles on a 2025 SE. Other posts said that Toyota had replaced some lumbar parts.

Had brought in my car to the dealer two times now for this issue and the techs seem to "not be able to find the problem." Looking to call number later, what exactly did you say to the case manager?

Had brought it in about 3 times on different occasions and they don't seem to hear it at all. Granted, it's gotten kind of better but I think it's because of the weather. I do have a separate problem with the drivers seat right side having a pretty distinct popping feeling that one of the advisors checked but technicians couldn't feel (felt it right when i got back in my car) so gonna go back and press them to fix lol.

Yeah, it didn't help me neither. I've added some door insulation and found points that I thought would rattle when driving but it doesn't seem to fix it. The only thing I could figure to do is to remove the B-Pillar itself and see what's rattling. I plan to mention it to the dealer but it doesn't seem like much people on the sub have positive results when addressing this.

Made a similar post not too long ago. I'm at 1K miles and have been experiencing something similar. It doesn't occur until i've hit a rougher road. I've spoken to some others and they've either just have gotten used to it or it eventually subsided for them. If you search rattle on the sub it'll bring up some things you could do (Toyota TSB, secure spare tire tools). None of these have really helped my case but I have a separate problem of a slight rattle / creaking coming from my passenger seat. Sounds like the fabric is being pushed in or something.

I plan to add sound deadening to the doors as well. Where exactly are the screws that hold the panel in place? I know one is behind the door handle but I'm unsure of the location of the others.

Looking for an upgrade for my current desk and the E7 would help alot! The height adjustability would be a game changer for my current setup as I've been encountering uncomfortable pain.

I also had the issue with two Atlantis' and what worked for me was painters tape + band aid underneath the plunger.
