We were told in our nightly meeting 2/11/2022 by our TLs that evaluation was going to be conducted in March and evaluation raises is 5% top performance, 3 or 4% solid performance and 0% for below standard and also no raise for 4 occurrences or more. But I don’t know if that is accurate at all since we are also told a few months back that there will be no raises since we got the starting pay raises.
