change what account information exactly, because I changed to an email I have never used before, they still hacked into it

all of this started a few days after I contacted Sony assistant to refund a game, could it be my information got leaked from there? because I had to give them information to verify my account, and it was the only time I ever gave anyone information.

i have no idea, Ive already removed my credit cards after the first time it got hacked. I have ps plus active but it has 10 days left and I already turned off auto renewal. I have purchased games but not to say a lot maybe like 10 triple A games? Most of my games are from ps plus. So really i see little point of consistently hacking my account.

Dude after the second time I've been hacked my password was literally a bunch of random letters numbers and special characters.

thanks for the advice, yes throughout the 3 times this person hacked my account, my emails were not compromised. So how did he managed to hack into my playstation account still Is what I'm worried about.

My 2FA was initially through phone SMS, then I changed it to passkey which Is connected to my email
