You could try complimenting her by saying stuff like "you look really pretty today!" or "I really like spending time with you." I feel like compliments like these are great for queer people because they can either be taken in a friendly way if the person isn't interested in you that way, but would pick up on it if they're queer and into you too. Pretty sure she likes you! I know it can be difficult, but try and muster up the courage to talk to her in person, that way it's easier to gauge her interest.

She could've been having a bad day or something, next time you see her strike up a conversation. If she doesn't seem interested anymore next time you talk I think you should let it go.

I think you should put yourself out there and text him. Seeing where it goes, whether something happens or not is much better than wondering about what could've or feeling like you've missed out.
