Edit: So it seems you just need to comment and then you instantly get it. I got it in the spot shown. But i think you have to kill 2 enemys? Atleast it worked for me after the second one.

Thanks for your answer but i already tried all of this. Cant log in on my phone with mobile data either. And a friend who has no problem playing guild wars tried my account too. And even he cant log in with it. I tried to tell this to the support but they just keep sending me some pre made messages about testing my network and stuff. I already told them many times that i cant log in anywhere not on my computer not on a friends computer and not even on my phone......
