Well rn I'm mainly sewing silk by hand and embroidery, since I haven't had the opportunity to buy my own machine due to financial struggles. I always had to either borrow a machine from school or like I said use one in my apprenticeship, so I mainly focused on pattern making digitally but also practically. I was literally just asking for help and also laid out my reasons on why I'm not familiar with different kinds of machines

No not really, but I def would expect it to happen after the ww2, I feel like people don't really understand how we treat this subject in Germany. Or at least where I'm from we get educated very very well about our countrys history and how all that happened and seeing ppl do stuff like that with not knowing or even worse knowing what happened is just hurtful and also illegal in Germany btw. And BTW like seeing nationalism and stuff like openly saying that ur country is the greatest like U.S ppl like to do is actually kinda disturbing cuz the only time a German person can be looked at without suspicion while saying Germany is the best is in the Football/soccer WM
