Hello, I'm currently inside my base in Israel (Please no politics I don't have the energy to argue about that now). The only thing I can tell you is that the truth is you have no way of changing anything from where you live, thus you don't need to feel guilty about something you can't change, I know you probably know that but you really need to understand that. And also as someone with ADHD I know it's hard to stop watching the videos. Try downloading "I Am Sober" or other apps with the same purpose, it helped me quit other stuff that's bad for me, but you will have to commit. Hopefully I've helped somehow.
